Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
  • culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • availability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen
  • culinary arts degree preferred
  • experience with fine dining or large volume cooking a plus
  • strong creativity in menu design
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • compose and prepare scratch made dishes
  • collaborate with other culinary professionals
  • create innovative and healthy menu options
  • manage food preparation from start to finish
  • participate in catered event meal preparations
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • adapt to daily menu changes
