Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
- minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- availability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen
- culinary arts degree preferred
- experience with fine dining or large volume cooking a plus
- strong creativity in menu design
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- compose and prepare scratch made dishes
- collaborate with other culinary professionals
- create innovative and healthy menu options
- manage food preparation from start to finish
- participate in catered event meal preparations
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- adapt to daily menu changes
