Individuals in this role contribute significantly to bringing the founders' vision to life by preparing incredible wings and a variety of great menu items that leave guests eager for their next visit. The role involves slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing, providing cooks with a dynamic environment to utilize and develop their culinary skills. Team Members in this position take pride in making exciting menu items craveable and work together to deliver what the company calls the "Ultimate food experience" designed for sports fans and families. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- ability to lift moderate weights
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation instructions
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- food handler certification is a plus
Job Duties
