Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of relevant culinary experience
- ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications per federal, state, and gaming regulations
- physical ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a heat and noise-intensive environment
- flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
- strong communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- prepare grilled, fried, broiled, and pantry food items
- ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specifications
- recognize and properly apply a variety of sauces on entrees
- maintain a neat and clean work station
- assist coworkers to ensure efficient line operation
- operate kitchen equipment including choppers, slicers, mixers, and grinders
- review and comprehend recipes and documentation
- determine if food items are cooked to proper specifications
- efficiently move around work area
- stock and retrieve necessary food items and supplies
- communicate with customers and employees
- work flexible shifts and schedules
- perform other duties as assigned
