Job Requirements
- Associates culinary degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for majority of the day
- ServSafe certification as required based on location
- Compliance with drug screen and pre-employment background check
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with colleagues
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation processes
- Ability to stand for majority of the day
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- Maintain standards in food production and quality
- Practice excellent operational sanitation
- Prepare items according to established recipes
- Expedite orders in a timely manner
- Execute scheduled banquet functions
- Communicate equipment repair needs with chef
- Participate actively in training efforts
- Attend staff meetings
- Check and date all deliveries received and report variances
- Verify cooler temperatures and cleanliness
- Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies
- Reduce loss and waste
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Incorporate safe work practices into job performance
