  • hold ServSafe certification
  • hold local food safety certification if required
  • ability to speak and read English
  • proficiency in recipe procedures and cooking techniques
  • minimum 1-year professional culinary experience
  • maintain a positive and professional image

  • good communication skills
  • comfort working in a clinical or patient-centered setting
