Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience reading, writing and speaking English fluently
  • ServeSafe certification or equivalent
  • knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
  • understanding of special diets and food allergies
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity programs
  • detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Keeps all items for assigned station prepped, rotated and stocked
  • cooks and presents quality products following standardized recipes and production techniques
  • ensures staff, guest, food, equipment and facility safety at all times
  • provides quality customer service and handles customer interactions graciously
  • stocks all equipment and disposable goods used on stations
  • communicates effectively and ethically with co-workers, customers and managers
  • keeps station(s) clean and sanitary while working and thoroughly cleans before leaving
  • cleans ovens, deep fryer, char broiler, griddle, hood filters, woks and food contact surfaces
  • maintains wood-fired pizza oven when assigned
  • prepares menu items to proper standards
  • cooks and plates items to order
  • makes and serves pasta of the day
  • maintains bakery items and ingredients when assigned
  • cooks soups and daily menu items to standardized recipes
  • assists with catered event production and service when assigned
