We are currently seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Brunch Cook to join our team. The position is part-time, with shifts available in the morning from 6:00am to 2:30pm, including mandatory weekend availability. The compensation for this role is competitive, offering a wage of $18.50 per hour plus tips, which typically averages between $24 and $26 per hour. As a Brunch Cook at Parfait Paris, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional French breakfast and brunch items with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities include following recipes accurately and organizing preparation tasks to ensure timely service. Core tasks consist of making poached eggs, sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, traditional French sandwiches such as croque monsieur or croque madame, and crafting authentic crepes. Keeping the sandwich unit well-stocked and prepped throughout the shift is essential to maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.
