Job Requirements

Be at least eighteen years of age
Have a current Food Handlers Card
Demonstrate leadership, training, and supervision skills
Possess proficient written and oral communication abilities
Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
Have the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Be comfortable working near extreme temperatures including cooking surfaces and walk-in freezers
Be available to work indoors and outdoors for events
Pass criminal background check

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Possession of a current Food Handlers Card as specified by Department of Health
Demonstrated skills and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working near extreme temperatures

Job Duties

Prepare all menu items according to established standards and recipes
Provide exceptional quality food that is attractively presented in a timely fashion
Ensure health protocols are followed including proper hygiene, sanitary food preparation, and proper food temperatures
Familiarize with the residents and their preferences and needs
Participate in resident orientations
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining area
Collaborate with team members to support overall dining experience
