Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • strong communication skills
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to live in provided on-site housing if required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, restaurant cook, kitchen cook, or similar culinary role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
