With locations spanning Central, Western, and Southern New York, Tully's has built a strong reputation for providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere where guests can enjoy quality meals and good times with family and friends. As part of the Tully's family, employees contribute to a welcoming environment that prioritizes excellent customer service and teamwork. The company emphasizes a strong community connection and upholds values that foster a positive workplace culture where growth and learning are encouraged.

Currently, Tully's Good Times is expanding its team and seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join as line cooks and prep cooks. This opportunity is ideal for people looking to start or grow their career in the hospitality industry. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and no previous experience is necessary, making it accessible for many candidates. The company commits to providing hands-on training and continuous development opportunities to help team members excel in their roles. Starting pay can be up to $20.00 per hour, making it a competitive entry-level position. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on food safety, kitchen cleanliness, proper food preparation, and quality control. Employees work collaboratively under general supervision, maintaining organized and well-stocked workstations while adhering closely to food and plate specifications. Tully's values reliability, positive attitudes, and excellent communication among team members. The work environment requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting moderately heavy items, and operating in confined spaces with elevated temperatures.

This position offers a structured path for career growth within the company, supported by comprehensive training programs. Employees enjoy a flexible schedule, suitable for both full-time and part-time workers, with benefits such as health insurance available for full-time staff. Additional advantages include a 401-K program with company match, paid sick time, discounted shift meals, direct deposit, and more.
