Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Open availability and flexibility
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in confined spaces with elevated temperatures
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, and use hands continuously

  • Preferred 6 months of full-service restaurant experience

Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions on the line
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Maintain proper quality parameters
  • Adhere to all food and plate specifications
  • Stay organized and stocked
  • Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
