The seasonal Line Cook position at Delaware North Sportservice located at Allianz Field offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for culinary arts. This role offers seasonal employment and pays $20.00 per hour. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes in accordance with recipes and chefs’ instructions, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met at all times. You will work on a variety of kitchen tasks including following opening and closing procedures, setting up kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Food preparation will involve using proper techniques while adhering to sanitation guidelines to deliver consistent and delicious food products to guests.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
- Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team environment
- Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
- Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- Willingness to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
