The company is currently seeking a full-time Cook to join their team at the Madison location in Kansas City, Missouri. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $24.75, reflecting the skill and dedication required for the role. The Cook will work from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, making it a great opportunity for professionals seeking a stable schedule within the senior living industry.

Candidates for this role must be prepared to engage actively in a team-focused environment and demonstrate leadership qualities, competency in training and supervision, and proficient communication skills. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfort with working in close proximity to extreme temperatures, such as cooking surfaces and walk-in freezers, is necessary. The position primarily requires indoor work but also involves occasional outdoor event support.

Arrow Senior Living places a high value on its employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include a company match 401(k) plan with full vesting upon enrollment, medical, dental, and vision insurance following 60 days for full-time employees, disability and life insurance, an employee assistance program, and tuition reimbursement available to both full-time and part-time staff. Additional perks include an employee referral program, complimentary meals during shifts, paid time off accruals, weekly employee recognition programs, and a daily pay option. The organization prides itself on promoting from within, providing career advancement opportunities for dedicated employees.
