Job Requirements

  • Culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience including fine dining
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work various kitchen stations
  • Experience in food production and quality control
  • Leadership abilities for managing staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills required
  • At least 5 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Able to work most stations of the kitchen

Job Duties

  • Monitor food production quality and consistency
  • Manage staffing levels and schedule
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee cost control measures and inventory management
  • Maintain effective communication within the kitchen and with front-of-house staff
  • Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef
