Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated part-time Cook to join the culinary team at 46 Below Cafe in Titletown, Green Bay. This role offers a competitive hourly pay of $16.00 and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food orders in compliance with established portion sizes and quality standards, ensuring the freshness and proper storage of menu items. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment, performing opening and closing duties, and assisting with inventory management. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house food service position preferred
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling are preferred
  • Ability to communicate with others and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentive and detailed oriented
  • Capable of following procedures and taking directions
  • Basic math skills, ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house food service position preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, the freshness and quality of all menu items, and packages all products to proper specifications
  • Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory
