Job Requirements

  • Some high school education required
  • Vocational or technical training in culinary arts preferred
  • Certificate 1 Serve Safe preferred
  • 3-5 years related work experience required
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic familiarity with computers
  • Ability to navigate basic web-based applications

Job Duties

  • Produce hot and cold food products according to standardized recipes
  • Prepare soups, salads, entrees, gravies, side dishes, baked goods, and desserts
  • Operate food service equipment safely including mixers, slicers, ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers
  • Assemble meals ensuring quality, temperature, and presentation standards
  • Prevent cross contamination of food products
  • Store and identify all food products properly
  • Coordinate production activities with team members to meet meal ticket requirements
