Job Requirements
- Some high school education required
- Vocational or technical training in culinary arts preferred
- Certificate 1 Serve Safe preferred
- 3-5 years related work experience required
- Basic math skills
- Basic familiarity with computers
- Ability to navigate basic web-based applications

Job Duties
- Produce hot and cold food products according to standardized recipes
- Prepare soups, salads, entrees, gravies, side dishes, baked goods, and desserts
- Operate food service equipment safely including mixers, slicers, ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers
- Assemble meals ensuring quality, temperature, and presentation standards
- Prevent cross contamination of food products
- Store and identify all food products properly
- Coordinate production activities with team members to meet meal ticket requirements
