Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in pastry or related cooking experience
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food preparation
capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare all pastry products as trained in accordance with pastry shop standards
assist higher-level bakers as needed
maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
follow recipes and instructions precisely
comply with hygiene and safety regulations
support the pastry team with other duties as assigned by the Chef
manage time efficiently to meet production deadlines
