Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • High volume restaurant and banquet production experience
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push and carry moderate weight
  • Open availability including mornings, weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Formal culinary training preferred

  • Good communication skills
  • At least 5 years of professional cooking experience including high volume and banquet settings
  • Formal culinary education or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work various kitchen stations
  • Ability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of culinary teaching and cost control practices
  • Computer literacy for kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare common breakfast items such as omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes, and hashbrowns
  • Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily
  • Oversee staffing levels and coordinate department training
  • Manage prep cooking tasks efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Utilize advanced culinary preparation methods and techniques
  • Maintain kitchen organization and assist with cost control measures
