Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional cooking experience
- High volume restaurant and banquet production experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, push and carry moderate weight
- Open availability including mornings, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Formal culinary training preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare common breakfast items such as omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes, and hashbrowns
- Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily
- Oversee staffing levels and coordinate department training
- Manage prep cooking tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Utilize advanced culinary preparation methods and techniques
- Maintain kitchen organization and assist with cost control measures
