Job Description

Hyatt Hotels is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual with expertise in all kitchen operations to join their team. The ideal candidate must be capable of delivering consistent quality products in a timely manner, monitoring food production, maintaining quality standards, overseeing staffing levels, and providing department training. Requirements include culinary education, cost control abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, guest interaction experience, and the ability to provide culinary guidance in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to work proficiently in various kitchen stations
