Job Requirements

legal authorization to work in the United States
ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
computer literacy
strong interpersonal skills
teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

culinary degree
fluency in English both verbal and written
at least six months experience in a similar culinary environment
knowledge of local, Asian, and/or Italian cuisine
service passion
attention to detail
problem-solving skills

Job Duties

prepare, execute, and produce food in various resort outlets
collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and safety standards
ensure food presentation and taste meet Four Seasons standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas
adhere to health and safety regulations
manage inventory and requisition supplies for food preparation
assist with training junior kitchen staff as needed
