Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is a luxury resort located on the sunny western coast of Oahu, Hawaii. This beachfront island resort offers a stunning setting with vast ocean views, lively pools, and lagoons that make every visit unforgettable. Guests enjoy a range of unique experiences such as outrigger canoe rides, beach activities on white sandy shores, golf at the picturesque Ko Olina Golf Club surrounded by waterfalls, and relaxation at the Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre. This luxurious resort blends classic Hawaiian style with modern comforts, featuring 370 beautifully appointed accommodations, several restaurants with vibrant atmospheres, and numerous recreational facilities including tennis, water sports, and a world-class spa.

We are currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Cook 3, who will report directly to the Executive Chef. This role is critical to the preparation and execution of high-quality food within designated outlets across the resort. Multiple positions are available, each serving different dining venues within the property. The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence, has a spirit of aloha, and thrives in delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is comfort with computer systems and willingness to accept assignments as needed to support teamwork.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $33.47, scheduled as five days a week for 40 hours total. This is a temporary assignment starting at three months with potential extensions based on business needs, accompanied by the benefits typical of a full-time Four Seasons employee. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree
  • fluency in English both verbal and written
  • at least six months experience in a similar culinary environment
  • knowledge of local, Asian, and/or Italian cuisine

Job Duties

  • prepare, execute, and produce food in various resort outlets
  • collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and safety standards
  • ensure food presentation and taste meet Four Seasons standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory and requisition supplies for food preparation
  • assist with training junior kitchen staff as needed
