We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes assigned from the daily menu plan following established specifications and standardized recipes. Your attention to detail will ensure that every dish meets the restaurant's high standards of taste, presentation, and quality. You will actively assist the Chef d’ Cuisine with producing the daily menu or prep list, contributing to a streamlined kitchen workflow. Maintaining cleanliness of your assigned area in compliance with health codes and regulations is essential, as is monitoring food production, managing inventory levels, and ordering stock to keep supplies at par. Your role will also include a commitment to kitchen sanitation, safety, and OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Providing excellent internal and external guest service is paramount, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in hospitality.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or cooking
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
