Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and adhere to portion control and dietary guidelines
  • Must be able to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related tasks
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing
  • COVID vaccination required

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hot catering meals
  • Preparation of other food items directed by Chef or Manager
  • Ability to read and produce basic recipes, with supervision, in accordance with company standards
  • Follow all HACCP rules for food production / storage
  • Ensure and maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen
  • Use of proper portioning and dietary guidelines
  • Assist in restocking and clean-up of the kitchen and serving line at the end of the service period
  • Check out with shift supervisor 20 minutes prior to leaving each day
  • Other duties as required and assigned
