Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of two years line and fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
- Able to work multiple kitchen stations
- Willingness to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and training
Job Qualifications

- Three years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
- Willingness to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Moderate supervision and training capability
Job Duties
- Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
- Work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Provide direction in supervisor's absence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely meal service
- Participate in training and development activities
