Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum of two years line and fine dining experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
  • Able to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Willingness to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and training

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Three years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Willingness to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Moderate supervision and training capability

Job Duties

  • Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
  • Work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • Provide direction in supervisor's absence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely meal service
  • Participate in training and development activities
