Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Three years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Ability to work multiple stations in kitchen
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Ability to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to moderate weight
Job Qualifications

- At least three years of line and fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
- Moderate supervision and training experience
- Ability to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
- Prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
- Assist higher-level bakers in the pastry shop
- Provide direction in the supervisor's absence
- Operate multiple stations in the kitchen effectively
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences
