We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook 3 to join our talented culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality and presentation are essentials. The Cook 3 position at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells requires a minimum of two years of experience in line and fine dining settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a broad range of cooking techniques including the preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working across multiple kitchen stations and stepping up to provide direction in the supervisor's absence. This role demands good communication skills, the ability to maintain high standards, and a passion for creating exceptional dishes that delight guests.

The Cook 3 position is a full-time opportunity with an hourly pay range of $23.00 to $24.00. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
  • good communication skills
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • moderate supervision and training
  • valid Riverside County Food Handler's license
