This seasonal role, classified as Cook 3, offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals to showcase their skills and demonstrate leadership in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. The position pays $17.00 per hour and provides various employee benefits aimed at supporting personal and professional growth.

The role is best suited for candidates with at least two years of experience working in back-of-the-house foodservice positions and who possess the ability to follow recipes, prep sheets, and perform basic mathematical calculations for recipe measurements. Physical stamina is essential, as the position involves standing and walking throughout shifts in a noisy and temperature-variable environment. Manual skills such as chopping, mixing, blending, and operating kitchen equipment are also necessary. The job offers flexible scheduling with shifts during evenings, days, and weekends to accommodate various availability.
Delaware North values its employees' well-being, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and employee discounts. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, tuition and professional certification reimbursement, and access to an employee assistance program.
