The Lodge features dedicated spaces for dining, relaxation, fitness, and games, providing an exceptional environment for its discerning members who expect only the finest in comfort and service. As part of the larger Trilogy community, Seven Summits Lodge exemplifies an upscale private club experience that caters to both residents and guests in a serene and picturesque setting just south of Seattle.
This opportunity is for a Cook 3 position within the Food & Beverage Team at Seven Summits Lodge. As a critical member of the culinary staff, the Cook 3 is responsible for all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and serving to meet the superior standards expected by guests and employees alike. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, the position plays an essential role in contributing to the overall dining experience. The role requires mastery of all kitchen stations, knowledge of various cooking techniques, and the ability to create dishes with precision and care, ensuring that every meal served surpasses expectations in quality and presentation.
The position is currently part-time with shifts scheduled Wednesdays through Sundays, covering both lunch and dinner service with up to 30 hours per week. There is strong potential for growth into a full-time role aligned with business needs and individual performance. New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week become eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance benefits after 60 days of full-time employment. Additional benefits include paid time off accrued at 120 hours annually, paid holidays, paid sick leave for part-timers, and participation in a 401(k) plan after 30 days of service.
This role demands a highly customer-focused and proactive individual who can efficiently handle high-pressure situations, balance multiple priorities, and maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent teamwork, initiative, and adherence to core company values such as honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Physical stamina and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are also required due to the nature of the work environment, which includes exposure to indoor kitchen conditions, heat, steam, noise, and occasional outdoor events.
Overall, this position is perfect for culinary professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding role in an upscale private club setting. It offers a supportive work atmosphere with opportunities for professional development and advancement, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates passionate about cooking, attentive to detail, and eager to contribute to an elite member experience at a top-tier resort club are encouraged to apply.
