The club is noted for its stunning location perched on a gentle rise, providing spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the southwest and the Chocolate Mountains to the north. Established as a premier destination for luxury and relaxation, Trilogy at The Polo Club combines top-tier services with an elegant environment to serve both members and the public. One of its standout venues, June Hill’s Table, is a feature restaurant that provides exceptional dining experiences and is complemented by the 2Palms Event Center, which hosts private events and public dining reservations.
The role of Cook 3 at Trilogy at The Polo Club is a critical position within the Food and Beverage team. This full-time role, offering a competitive pay range of $23 to $24 per hour, is focused on food preparation, cooking, and ensuring excellent service standards in the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, the Cook 3 is responsible for mastering all kitchen stations, maintaining culinary quality, and contributing to a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. The role demands proficiency in a broad range of cooking techniques including baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, and carving, and requires attention to detail especially in food presentation and quality control. This position demands a candidate who is highly customer-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure while embodying the core values of the company such as honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
In addition to the culinary responsibilities, the Cook 3 will actively participate in ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any challenges or inquiries. The club’s commitment to excellence extends through its full-time employees who are offered benefits including medical, dental, life insurance plans, paid time off accrual, paid holidays, paid sick leave for part-time employees in accordance with state laws, and a 401(k) plan after 30 days of service. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and involves working both in indoor kitchen environments and occasionally at outdoor event stations, offering a dynamic and varied work setting. From working with a variety of kitchen equipment, handling exposure to heat, steam, and fire, to navigating outdoor terrains during events, the role is physically engaging and demands stamina and dexterity.
Overall, the Trilogy at The Polo Club offers a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to develop their skills in a luxurious and supportive environment focused on high-quality food service and exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a skilled cook seeking a stable position with an employer known for its commitment to employee growth, competitive benefits, and a culture grounded in strong values and teamwork.
