Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina, situated on the sunny western coast of Oahu, Hawaii, is a luxurious beachfront island resort that offers breathtaking ocean views and vibrant activities including outrigger canoe rides, golf at Ko Olina Golf Club, and rejuvenating experiences at the Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre. This resort blends classic Hawaiian style with sophisticated luxury, providing guests with a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. Known for its lively pools and lagoons and access to pristine watersports, as well as tennis and spa amenities, the resort is a preferred destination for travelers seeking a combination of relaxation and adventure.

The resort is currently seeking an On Call Cook 3 - Banquets who embodies the spirit of aloha and has a passion for outstanding culinary and hospitality service. Reporting to the Banquet Chef, the Cook 3 will be responsible for preparing, executing, and producing food across various resort outlets. This role demands an energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to service excellence. The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays and the aptitude to work with computerized systems. The Cook 3 is a critical member of the culinary team, helping to ensure that guests receive high-quality food experiences in line with Four Seasons’ renowned standards.

Ideal candidates will have a culinary degree and relevant experience, particularly with knowledge of local, Asian, and Italian cuisines. Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods is needed. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for service are essential. Additionally, candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States. This position offers comprehensive benefits including 401k contributions after 30 days, medical, dental, and vision coverage, on-site parking, complimentary employee meals, and special accommodation discounts at other Four Seasons properties. The hourly pay rate is $33.47.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree
  • at least 6 months previous experience in a similar environment

  • fluent in English, both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of food in various outlets in the resort
