The Cook 3 position at Park Hyatt Aviara is an intermediate line cook role that demands excellent communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a hotel kitchen environment along with a culinary degree or equivalent training. This role is designed for cooks who possess professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and procedures and who can independently manage single stations within the kitchen.
