Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or relevant experience in hotel cooking
  • Minimum two years experience in a line cook role preferred
  • Ability to maintain effective communication
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to hygiene and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Able to work independently at a single kitchen station
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Manage a single kitchen station independently
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Assist in training and supervision as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure timely and efficient preparation of dishes
