Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to work
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
Ability to learn and operate POS systems
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Welcome each guest with your incredible smile and a fun, friendly greeting
Accurately take the guests' orders while providing an awesome experience
Learn how to input orders into our POS
Help keep a spotless restaurant
Learn awesome kitchen skills while prepping and serving up fresh burgers
Serve hot and fresh food in a clean and safe environment in a fast and friendly manner
Support various roles such as crew, cashier, cook, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, server, host, drive-thru, customer service, supervisor, team trainer, and crew member
