Job Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations encompassing food and beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques, along with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
  • Ability to foster a positive working environment among team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform well under stressful situations
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations including food, beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques, and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Prepare food for the restaurant on property, banquets and special functions at a high quality
  • Properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items to be served, including accommodating special guest requests
  • Rotate food in walk-ins and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage
  • Maintain internal cleanliness of all food prep areas
  • Assist, as directed, ordering necessary food supplies
  • Follow all specifications and properly set up hot and cold line stations
  • Communicate all guest requests to an appropriate person or supervisor in a timely and professional manner
