Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Comfortable working in a hot and damp environment
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Possess finger and hand dexterity
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear when necessary
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
- Contribute to a positive team environment and excellent customer experience
