Job Description

The restaurant is seeking dedicated kitchen team members to ensure the production of high-quality food that meets safety and quality standards, exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with FOH, monitoring food quality, marinating and breading chicken, adhering to health and sanitation standards, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The team must maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in food preparation areas and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
