Job Description

RWJ Rahway Dietary-Management is seeking a Cook to prepare quality food for patients, visitors, and staff while adhering to HACCP and recipe standards. The Cook must have cooking experience and preferably hold a Servsafe or food handlers certificate. Scheduling requirements include working evening shifts from 10:30am-7:00pm, with alternate weekends and weekdays. Essential functions involve operating and cleaning kitchen equipment, ensuring food quality, portioning accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Other duties may vary.
