Job Description
Under the direction of the production manager/Chef, the position involves preparing all foods according to standard recipes and production schedules. Responsibilities include the preparation of various food items, maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery of food to service areas. Other duties include performing simple mathematical recipe conversions and supervising dietary aides or volunteers. The role is located at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, and is a full-time position with Shift 1 schedule in a non-union setting at Brown University Health.
Job Requirements
