Job Description

Intermountain Health Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah is seeking a Food Production Team Member for a part-time position, requiring 24 hours per week. The role involves preparing and cooking food, serving customers, and maintaining a sanitary work environment in various settings including catering, retail outlets, and patient care.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Handler Permit (as required by State/County) or ServSafe certification by first day of work
  • 2 or more years of experience as a Line Cook preferred
  • ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work independently and part of a team
  • ability to utilize safe food handling techniques
  • understanding of workflow, deadlines, and customer service
  • ability to lift and transport supplies and equipment
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and with cleaning chemicals
