Established over a century ago, this family-owned company has built a rich legacy grounded in exceptional guest service, innovation, and commitment to team member growth and well-being. Specifically, Delaware North has managed food and beverage operations at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio, since 1994. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture where team members can thrive and grow in their careers.

The role of seasonal Cook at Progressive Field is an exciting opportunity to join Delaware North’s culinary team. This position focuses on important food preparation tasks to ensure high standards of quality and service for guest orders during events, holidays, and busy game days. Working closely with servers and other kitchen staff, seasonal Cooks contribute to the daily success of food service operations by ensuring that food is prepared safely, correctly portioned, and presented according to Delaware North’s quality standards. Team members in this role are expected to maintain cleanliness and organization of their workstations and kitchen equipment, as well as follow all safety and sanitation protocols. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package that supports both the professional and personal development of each employee.

Delaware North provides its employees with weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities for training and development. Eligible team members may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement. The company values innovation, teamwork, and culinary excellence, creating an environment where cooks can learn, collaborate, and excel. This role requires individuals to physically meet the demands of a busy kitchen, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking during shifts, and manipulating kitchen tools and equipment. Whether you have previous experience or are seeking to build your culinary career, Delaware North welcomes team members who share a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Joining this team means becoming part of a global hospitality legacy with opportunities to work in unique and exciting locations while developing valuable skills in food preparation and service.
