Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of culinary or hotel kitchen experience preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Availability for full-time seasonal employment from April through September
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Capability to work independently at single kitchen stations
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Hyatt standards
