Delaware North is a family-owned global business with over 100 years of history, offering diverse career paths and growth opportunities in various hospitality sectors including sports, gaming, and national parks.

Delaware North Sportservice is currently hiring seasonal Cooks to join their team at Little Caesars Arena. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.25 and is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and kitchen operations within a fast-paced, high-profile environment. You will also be tasked with controlling waste effectively and accurately recording it to optimize resource management.

This seasonal Cook position is dynamic, requiring flexibility for evening, weekend, and event shifts, which reflect the arena's busy schedule. The work environment is fast-paced with moderate to high noise levels, and physical demands such as lifting up to 35 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity in chopping, mixing, and operating kitchen equipment. Delaware North values collaboration, personal growth, and strives to create an engaging culture where team members are encouraged to develop professionally. As part of the team, you will benefit from training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules to support your work-life balance. Eligible employees also enjoy comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave. Delaware North is an equal opportunity employer that fosters an inclusive workplace, ensuring all employees are treated with dignity and respect regardless of background or identity.
