Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice, a prominent division of Delaware North, is currently seeking dedicated part-time Cooks to join their culinary team at the iconic Lambeau Field located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Delaware North, a family-owned global hospitality and food service company with over 100 years of history, has built a legacy by providing exceptional experiences and services in renowned venues around the world. Since 2012, Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining options, and restaurants at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, as well as hosting numerous special events and managing popular venues such as Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites at Titletown.

At Delaware North, the business is truly centered around people — not just the guests but the team members who bring the experiences to life. Working at Delaware North means being part of a global legacy with pathways to career growth across various sectors including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and more. The company values innovation, teamwork, and the pursuit of culinary excellence, fostering an environment where team members can thrive, develop, and contribute meaningfully to the hospitality industry. The part-time Cook position at Lambeau Field is no exception, opening up opportunities for individuals to play a critical role in food preparation and guest satisfaction.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail in portion control, maintaining proper food temperatures, and upholding the freshness and quality of all menu items. The position also involves clear and consistent communication with serving team members to guarantee smooth service and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation, restock supplies, and participate in inventory management and waste control. The dynamic nature of the venue means shifts include days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special events with occasional overtime as needed.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour and a variety of benefits tailored to support both personal and professional well-being. Eligible employees have access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and holiday time, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for tuition and professional certification reimbursement. Delaware North also prioritizes team development by offering ongoing training and flexible schedules, along with employee discounts to enhance work-life balance.

In summary, joining Delaware North as a part-time Cook at Lambeau Field provides a unique chance to become part of one of the most respected hospitality companies in the world. You'll be involved in delivering top-tier food service in an exciting and fast-paced environment while benefiting from a comprehensive support system designed to help you succeed. Whether you are starting your culinary career or seeking flexible part-time work, this opportunity offers growth, stability, and a welcoming team atmosphere within a globally recognized brand.
