The role offered is for an intermediate level Cook position within the Culinary team at Grand Hyatt Washington. This role is crucial in supporting both Banquet and Restaurant kitchen operations, delivering high-quality culinary services to guests. The position requires a blend of good communication skills and professional culinary expertise to successfully execute pre-established cooking procedures. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of cooking ingredients and a capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, as the successful candidate should be available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, with shifts scheduled between 5:00am and 11:30pm.
