Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years line cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or relevant hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and take moderate supervision
  • Able to work multiple kitchen stations

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Experience working single station in a kitchen
  • True desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Previous line cook experience of at least 2 years preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate and manage at least two kitchen stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Support training and supervision of junior kitchen staff
