Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of line cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills proficiently
  • Capable of working at a single kitchen station independently
  • Demonstrated desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Operate multiple kitchen stations with moderate supervision
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Hyatt standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to meet service demands
  • Follow health and safety regulations strictly
  • Assist in inventory management and kitchen supply restocking
