The Cook role at OKANA Resort and Indoor Waterpark is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic culinary team as part of the opening team of this world-class destination. This position involves preparing and cooking food to the high standards of the resort, servicing various onsite dining venues and banquet events. Cooks will operate kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, and fryers, and ensure all food preparation is done safely, efficiently, and according to established sanitation standards. The role demands attention to detail in food presentation, portion control, and timely preparation of daily specials. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic culinary professional with at least two years of experience in hotel or full-service restaurant kitchens, able to work effectively in high-volume environments, and possess the ability to follow recipes, menus, and quality control criteria closely.
