The role at Global Hospitality under the guidance of the Executive Culinary Team is critical to supporting all culinary operations across their venues. This role involves a variety of culinary tasks designed to meet the exacting standards of the company. Responsibilities include executing station requirements accurately, following recipes to desired specifications, and demonstrating knife skills and basic butchery knowledge. Proficiency in hot and cold food production, including sauces, salads, sandwiches, and protein preparation, is essential.
Individuals in this role will also manage the setup and execution of action and carving stations, handle production sheets and event orders with minimal supervision, and assist with daily purchasing and inventory needs. They are expected to maintain strict adherence to health and sanitation standards while providing a positive guest experience with quality food and timely service. Flexibility to work in various kitchen stations and across different locations within the property is also required to meet the demands of the business.
This position suits candidates with 2-3 years of cooking and food preparation experience, ideally in premium service settings within sports and entertainment venues or high-volume restaurants and hotels. Effective communication, teamwork, flexibility to work extended and variable hours, and a strong customer service orientation are key attributes. Job Duties
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times

- follow recipes and cook to desired specifications
- demonstrate intermediate knife skills and classic vegetable knife cuts
- utilize entry level knowledge of meat and fish butchery, protein carving, and proper portioning
- create classic sauces, soups, stocks with minimal supervision
- produce cold food items such as guacamole, salads, dressings, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat dips
- perform hot food production including reheating, smoking, roasting, grilling, and braising of proteins
- work multiple a la carte stations in a fast-paced environment
- set up and execute carving and action stations
- use production sheets and event orders with little supervision
- assist with expediting events or service when needed
- collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams on daily ordering
- adhere to county health, sanitation, and company standards
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
