Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years cooking experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in basic cooking methods
- excellent communication skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness practices
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- 2 years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- ability to perform basic cooking skills
- capable of working single station in the kitchen
- strong dedication to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes according to Hyatt recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- collaborate with kitchen team to meet service times and guest expectations
- adapt to work in various kitchen stations as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations
