- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of line and full-service restaurant experience
- culinary degree or equivalent hotel experience preferred
- proficient in basic and intermediate cooking techniques
- strong communication skills
- able to work flexible shifts
- physically able to stand and move for extended periods
