Job Requirements
- At least two years of previous line and full service restaurant experience
- good communication skills
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
- culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- capability to provide direction in supervisor’s absence
