Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food preparation
Knowledge of infection control protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food preparation preferably in healthcare or institutional settings

Job Duties

Prepare food for all hospital areas including patients, cafeteria, daycare, catering and physicians
Follow infection control procedures
Ensure patient food meets all diet modifications
Report to Operations Manager
Maintain cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas
Collaborate with staff to meet diverse dietary needs
Assist in food inventory management
