The Cook 2 role at Four Seasons Nashville is a vital position within the culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. This role demands a blend of culinary skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stations, including the grill, sauté, and cold line. The cook ensures consistent food quality following precise recipes and presentation standards while maintaining stringent food safety and sanitation protocols. The Cook 2 duties include working with a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, ovens, and mixers.
